Tessa Strader, Owner

Peak PilatesSystem Professionally Certified Instructor

Tessa discovered Pilates in her late 30's.  She soon became addicted to the way Pilates made her feel.  The workouts were invigorating, challenging, and relaxing.  She was getting relief from the daily stresses of being a working mom of three boys as well as relief from her knee and lower back pain.  She decided to leave her career as an accountant to devote herself to studying Pilates and to helping as many others as she can benefit from Pilates.

She has over 2,000 hours of teaching experience and has earned her Professional Certification from Peak Pilates.  Tessa strives to help every student be successful by providing instruction that is effective and yet easy to follow.  She understands that Pilates will give the most results when it is taught as an art form; much like the way a dancer learns to dance or a musician learns to play.  Her favorite Joseph Pilates quote is, "It's doesn't matter what you do, it's the way you do it".

She hopes Pilates at Four Points will become your favorite place to get your Pilates fix!

Heather Balderach, Pilates Instructor

Heather is a fully certified Pilates instructor through Body Arts and Science, Int., (BASI) and is excited to share and expand her training skills. She's passionate about helping others in achieving their fitness and health goals and aims to inspire others to find their own inner strength to live a happy, healthy, pain free life.

She is a graduate of Texas State University, and hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry and Math. Believe it or not she actually loves math! In 2006, she turned to the practice of Pilates to see what the 'hype' was about, and quickly became amazed at how Pilates helped her tone, stretch, and strengthen her body.  Finding a new sense of overall balance, Pilates became her unexpected passion. She found that she loved Pilates even more than algorithms and petri dishes, so decided to turn her time and attention to becoming a passionate Pilates teacher.
